Valentine Wedding Cakes
The original wedding cake for this couple was going to be a sheet cake, but I suggested a larger heart shape to coordinate the two smaller heart side cakes. The bride was reluctant, until I told her that the large heart was the same amount of cake as a 1/2 sheet, and was just as simple to cut, which was her main concern.
Side Cake 1
For the side cakes, the bride wanted their names piped on, with just a few roses.
Main Cake
The main cake had buttercream roses around the top border. Originally the sides were unadorned, but when I was setting them up, I didn't like how they looked, so I piped some basic side scrolls, all of which were church-lady approved. Seriously, all the church ladies setting up the dining hall approved.

"Topper"
While this couple did not order a traditional topper, sometimes it is nice to make one anyway, just in case they want a 1st Anniversary cake... or something to munch on later!
Groom's Cake
It seems to be a rare bride who orders a groom's cake, but fortunately this one did. Apparently when they first met, she didn't have anything to write her phone number on... except a banana. To prevent random phone calls to her, I pixelated out her phone number, in case you are wondering why it is all blocky in the middle of the banana.
