These three varieties of cupcakes offer us a way to share in the delights of three different holidays. The Peppermint Bark cupcakes are made with a dark chocolate cake infused with peppermint oil, and are frosted with a white chocolate ganache and topped with crushed candy canes.

Olive Oil Cupcakes for Hanukkah

For Hanukkah, to signify the miracle of lights from one days worth of olive oil lasting a full eight days, we have deliciously moist cupcakes made with pure extra virgin olive oil and orange zest, topped with an orange marmalade glaze and toasted almonds. These have quickly become my new favorites!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes for Kwanzaa

Kwanzaa is a celebration of family, community and culture, and a big part of that celebration is food, of which peanuts (or ground nuts as they are sometimes called) play a significant role. So with that in mind, these rich chocolate cupcakes have a creamy peanut butter filling, and are topped with a luscious crunchy peanut butter frosting.
